Testimony Poem
As i wrote in my diary
I describe the horrific barracks
My bunkmates and i were over crowed
Filthy, cold , and in the dark
We were sleeping in bug infested bed
Which were made of straw
with only a single blanket to cover each of them
To make matters worse, constant new arrivals
The ghettos neccesitated frequent moves,
Undermining our stability

Original Poem
Life is such a wonderful thing
But stuff happen that can be a hassle
But when the good things happen it makes you want to sing
The bad things happen it can be a straggle
We all live it
Through the hard and the good
The sad, mad, happy and even the bad breakup splits
Life is a subject that will always be misunderstood
But to be honest life something that is really not complicated
As long as you keep your head high
and follow your dreams you will be compensated
And you will travel beyond the sky
Life is combined with different aspects fall, winter, summer, and spring
All in all Life is such a wonderful thing
My Analysis
The poems that i like are poems that are symbolic. Also poems that identify love and happiness! I love poems that are very meaningful and make you want to take a minute to take a deep thought. For example the poem Wonder and Our ride of life. All in all poems that make me happy and not sad.
